We Jeep and we eat traveling around the central Florida area riding trails and then finding a great place to have a meal. We like to find locally owned places that aren't part of big franchises. I went there to try the gator bites. It was my first time trying. It did not have much taste. It comes with chipotle sauce and a lemon. I tried eating it without the sauce and it didn't have any flavors so I dipped it in the chipotle sauce and it tasted like the chipotle sauce. The gator bites takes an effort to eat as its chewy. Nice place to bring your family. The restaurant part is a bit small. They also have swamp tours.

We took a fan boat ride at Camp Holly and had lunch at the attached Gator Grill. I was totally shocked! Chef quality food for a good price! We will put this on a must visit restaurant each year.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Gators Grill! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend trying their Camp Sampler – it was mouthwateringly good and had a little of everything! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. Good food. Very generous portions. Full bar. Friendly people. Great view. Inside restaurant seating & outside tiki bar and patio seating, and live entertainment to boot. Right next to a public boat ramp on the river, and a shore line to park an airboat if you have one.
Wheelchair accessibility: The only part that's not accessible to wheelchairs is the viewing deck that's up a couple flights of stairs.

We had a big party, of 14. We chose to stop here on the way back from our outing at Bull Creek. The food was great and the service was even better. It's a really cool place to look around. They have a gift shop, an outdoor bar, indoor seating, an observation tower overlooking the water, and a stage with live music. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
Tyler was an amazing server. She was very friendly and was always there to check on us and answer questions! We had a lot of fun joking with her while we relaxed and listened to the band.
