After enjoying lobster rolls in Maine last year, we were wishing they could be had locally. And then my wife came home one day reporting she'd seen a food truck advertising lobster rolls! Of course, the next day we picked them up for dinner and, zowie, they were delicious! Highly recommend. Not cheap, but hey, it's lobster done right!

We ordered the hot lobster rolls with butter. They were very good. They traveled well and were still hot when we returned to our rental. The bread was toasted perfectly and didn't fall apart when eating. They were filled full with lobster so you had lobster in every bit.
