I watched the female worker pick lettuce out from under the cutting board and throw it back in the pan, she did the same with the lettuce around the edge of the pan, had major attitude, they don't even ask if you want it Mike's way anymore. Not even sure I'm gonna eat this sub- i grossed out.

For $26, and over 3Omins later for a deliveryacross the street (literally) you'd think theywould have at least made something....welledible. Or maybe similar to what you'veordered a zillion times from a dozen othercommon sense tells me tuna isproprietorsa naturally oily fish, so what sense would it beto drown it in a "olive oil blend" oh and a "redvinegar " rinse!?!? even if this was theslightest of appealing to me (which that's abig negative) the moment I simply attemptedto separate the halves my was surprised asmy fingers slimed through their so calledfresh baked bread. OH WAIT! That's rightthis bread is busy becoming dough again!

Nice sized sandwiches, generous with ingredients, made to order. Friendly staff. Quick service. Turkey & Swiss on wheat wrap “expertly” prepared — wrap didn’t come apart while eating sandwich. Italian on wheat roll with just the right amount of oil & vinegar so that bread was not soggy. Limited parking. Located in a busy strip mall.

I PLACED AN ORDER THRU EZ CATER FOR 30 BOXED LUNCHES AND THEY HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO LET ME KNOW THEY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE, INSTEAD THEY WAITED 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE LUNCH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO SEND SOMETHING SAYING THEY WERE UNABLE TO CATER OUR EVENT. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. JERSEY MIKE'S HAS LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER THIS. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. AND I WILL BE SURE TO GO ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM TO LEAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.

Jersey Mike's has grown far beyond its single location in New Jersey and has exploded into a sub sandwich empire. This particular location is in Melbourne, Florida. I will say that I believe that Jersey Mike's has some great training for their franchisees because I find that Jersey Mike's locations all possess a relative of consistency. This is definitely a good thing because when I go into a Jersey Mike's, I want it to be consistent.This location was consistent with the quality that I expect from Jersey Mike's. The staff was friendly and professional and definitely enhanced my overall experience.The inside is relatively a no-frills type ambiance, but it is bright and a sub shop should not really be some type of fancy place.My go-to sub is usually their Italian sub. This is not only true at a Jersey Mike's, but for the most part, any sub shop.Overall, this particular Jersey Mike's location was an overall winner.

Beyond disgusted by the customer service we received. Purchased 2 subs and 2 drinks. We went to go fill our drinks and there were no straws, so we asked for one and the kid working asked, " why, are there no straws?"Well we wouldn't be asking for straws if there were some available. He then goes to the "back" to look for some and comes out holding two bendy straws with no wrapper on them with his bare hands. I asked if they had any normal straws that his bare hands haven't directly touched and he laughed at me. I'm definitely not going back to this location. Extremely immature and unprofessional service.
Their prices are high, but the service and subs are great.
