Jersey Mike's has grown far beyond its single location in New Jersey and has exploded into a sub sandwich empire. This particular location is in Melbourne, Florida. I will say that I believe that Jersey Mike's has some great training for their franchisees because I find that Jersey Mike's locations all possess a relative of consistency. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always on thier job and friendly/helpful, the food is always great and consistently so, and the wait even on busy days has never been too bad. It's definitely my go to.Vegetarian options: I saw vegetarian options on the menu
