The drink was very underwhelming, I’d say Starbucks is a better option even with their outrageous prices. The lady behind the counter had a huge chip on her shoulder and seemed very dismissive. As for the atmosphere, it was books-a-million. Nothing too special

Located inside Books a Million in Viera, but we went for the Coffee at Joe Mugs and that is what this review is for. Sadly to say, this place makes very weak coffee. We are not into the sweet shakes and Frappuccino that this they seems to cater for, based on signage and what many customers were ordering. But I had a cup of their bold brew, black coffee and I had to return it for another one as it was basically hot water with essence of coffee. Think reusing a K cup for the 2nd time and you get the picture. The very nice employee gladly made another cup opening a fresh bag of coffee. It was marginally better, but still weak with just a mild taste of coffee. I think they need a better way to make it then just pouring a cup of hot water over the grinds in a single cup.
My wife got a small cappuccino and she complained it too was very weak. If you are a fan of rich coffee, I would advise staying away from Joe Muggs.

Went in to grab a coffee and chai for my grandmother, the woman working behind the counter was very rude and obnoxious with me to the point I gave my wife our money and told her to get what she wanted and left. I've worked in customer service for almost 15 years and never treat my customers like that

Great little stop to feed a bottle to my baby. Enjoyed grabbing a couple drinks on the go. Loved the s'mores hot chocolate special being available right now!

Great coffee of the day.

There peppermint mocha has the right amount of peppermint unlike other places I do recommend going here for coffee. It's also in a bookstore so even better I will enjoy reading and watching anime while having coffee here.

Coffee, black, not much to say about it other than it could've been hotter.

Used to be pretty good. We always enjoyed coming here while reviewing books.
We slowly experienced their service and product decline.
Tonight we ordered chi-tea. Luke warm and not even close to what we normally get. Not consumable. I took it back to the counter and explained what we expected and the response was as if I was speaking a different language. Didn't even attempt to rectify the situation.
I normally don't do reviews, but this place sucks. Never again....

Good selection of options and I love the games they have available. It's a good place to hang out and get a bite or drink. Not a bad location either. It's unique, and different which makes it good.
