We went here today for lunch for my birthday. I had the red beans & rice, my husband had the catfish, while we shared the dirty fries. The food was so delicious, the service excellent.The chef came out to greet us after the meal which made us feel valued. We will definitely be coming back!
I just had lunch there today. I ordered a shrimp po boy with sweet potato fries. Let me tell you it was delicious. The only sad thing about it a little too much food for me to eat. I hope they’re still selling the shrimp and grits for the dinner menu. They are to die for!
Ordered the gumbo and fried catfish po’boy. Asked for a little more than the standard medium heat on the gumbo since we like heat. The amount of heat was perfect, I didn’t need to add any extra sauce and my nose started running, that’s how you know it’s good! Had a good amount of shrimp, sausage and crab. The remoulade on the po’boy was great as well as the bread they serve it on. The fried catfish was a massive serving. We will definitely be coming back and now have...
