We were in town for the night and stopped here for dinner. Our server Michelle was fabulous! She was so sweet and attentive. This is unfortunately not the case in most places as of late. Thank you for being great!!!
Our server, Joey, was excellent. The food was great except when it came to our steaks. One steak was wayyy over peppered. The other steak was not medium rare, it was definitely rare. We still ate what we could and tipped. Also we really enjoyed the convenience of paying using the qr code at the table.
Usually our experience at this LongHorn is excellent, but yesterday's visit was the exception, probably because we were on a tight schedule and almost everything took longer than usual. The server was very prompt in taking our drink order but it took a while before she came back to get out food order, then it took a long time for the food to come. It was 30 minutes from the time we got there until we actually got our food, and the restaurant was not busy. I told the server...
