I’ve eaten at other Steak N Shakes, but this location in Viera is the best. I’m 80, and I always have a problem at the Kiosk. Nur, always comes over and helps my husband and I, and he is always so kind to us. The other day, we ate there, and the new GM, Corbyn came right over and helped us this time. I always forget how delicious this place is. The burgers are fantastic and the milkshakes are the best.

Steak 'n Shake provides a familiar dining experience, though some customers have noticed a decline in service quality since the introduction of touchscreen ordering. The food is generally satisfactory, with many praising the burgers and shakes, especially during happy hour. Customers appreciate that the restaurant now offers large, easy-to-use kiosks for ordering, and they are called when their food is ready. The dining area is clean, and there is often someone to greet guests upon arrival, which is a recent improvement. Many customers find the burgers to be the best around and enjoy the fries cooked in beef tallow, making them healthier and more flavorful. The atmosphere is described as better than before, and the flow of the restaurant remains smooth, even during busy times. While interaction with staff is minimal, the overall experience is positive, and customers mention that the drive-thru is a good option. The restaurant continues to receive praise for its hot, fresh food, friendly service, and affordable prices.
