“Yummy food all the time!!!“

“I’ve eaten at other Steak N Shakes, but this location in Viera is the best. I’m 80, and I always have a problem at the Kiosk. Nur, always comes over and helps my husband and I, and he is always so kind to us. The other day, we ate there, and the new GM, Corbyn came right over and helped us this time. He was so nice to us, and helped us place our orders correctly. The food is always hot, and fresh. I really appreciate the service, Nur and Corbyn gave us. It’s well worth the extra miles to drive there. They treat their customers very nicely…“

No matter what you order, you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients and a lot of care. One of my favorite things about Too Cool Cafe is the incredible variety on the menu. They truly have something for every palate, whether you’re craving a classic breakfast, a hearty lunch, a lighter meal, or something the kids will love. They also feature chef’s specials on a regular basis, and they’re always creative, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s one of those places where there’s always something new and exciting to try. And if you’re looking for something to sip on while you eat, their mimosas and sangrias are absolutely delicious and pair perfectly with the meal. The atmosphere is just as amazing as the food. “Sergio's Lake Washington Plaza location catered lunch for our New Home Buyer seminar with Cori Williams, Mortgage Originator, at the Dennis Basile - D. Basile Real Estate office. The Chicken Tinga was so moist and flavorful, definitely my favorite. Fresh made chips served with queso topped off this special lunch. Sergio's staff were kind, professional, and on time. With 3 locations, you can find one that is convenient and get some great food.“

No frustration from either no aggravation or eye rolls, just plain amazing customer service! They were amazing! “Went to dinner after work with a friend and, after ordering our drinks and appetizer, I realized my phone was missing. After searching, we discovered it had somehow fallen between the half wall and booth in a spot that was extremely difficult to reach.

The hostess and manager immediately stepped in to help. They went above and beyond by checking what they had available, even heading to the kitchen to grab the longest tongs they could find in an attempt to retrieve it. When that didn’t work, they continued helping us figure out a solution. While my friend and I were discussing where we could buy a grabber tool nearby, the manager came back with one and was able to successfully retrieve my phone.

I unfortunately didn’t catch their names, but I want to make sure their kindness and willingness to help are recognized. They could have easily said there wasn’t anything they could do, but instead they took the time to assist and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.

“More expensive than I was expecting but have to say worth it. The double cheeseburger all the way is basically 2 meals. I ate half and took the rest home for a rerun. And it's the best burger I've had in a while. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Good music and good service. I waited for there to be no one at the counter to take the pic of the place but there was a consistent stream of customers on a Saturday mid afternoon.“

“The "counter person" was negligible in her duties so the QC person had to step away from her duties to assist. The counter had 4 people .“

“I stopped by the Wendy’s inside the Flying J, and it’s an incredibly convenient spot to grab a bite while getting gas. The store itself is well stocked with snacks and accessories.

From the moment I approached the counter, the cashier promptly acknowledged me and took my order. The manager, Mary, was working nearby and was very friendly, as was the rest of her staff. My breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasted great, and the entire establishment was clean.

Mary clearly runs an excellent shift, and her team made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future when I pass through.“

Even the tomatoe was bright red, ripe and thick enough to actually taste. Location was convenient, staff was nice but place was a bit dark inside.“

“Personally, I don’t take the time to leave reviews unless I’m really blown away. Never would’ve thought I’d be here leaving a 5 star review for a fast food joint, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this Wendy’s location. Hands down the best run Wendy’s in Brevard county.

How do I know? For the last 4 months it’s been my go to place for lunch 3-5 days a week. The food is always fresh, always right, the times are very fast for the lunch rush hour, and if they’re running slow they make it known they’ll have my food to me as soon as possible.

The only bad things about this location is they’re so good it’s causing me to make poor life decisions by eating it everyday. Excellent display of how a fast food restaurant should be ran.“

“A better experience than last time, out of 4 meals, one totally wrong, one missing requested lettuce, one asked for mac sauce and got it along with a lot of ketchup an mayo (are Ketchup & mayo even on a quarter pounder?).Long wait thought it we waited for fries. Fries were crisp but barely warm.“
