“Sergio's Lake Washington Plaza location catered lunch for our New Home Buyer seminar with Cori Williams, Mortgage Originator, at the Dennis Basile - D. Basile Real Estate office. The Chicken Tinga was so moist and flavorful, definitely my favorite. Fresh made chips served with queso topped off this special lunch. Sergio's staff were kind, professional, and on time. With 3 locations, you can find one that is convenient and get some great food.“

“This was a regular Stop for breakfast a couple times a month , until now… there has been changes, one of the main reasons we would go was our Server Tina, we have now heard she has left and because of a co worker… It’s sad that a person that has treated a co worker poorly and has threatened them, should have been let go… not the person on the receiving end of the abuse…. I was looking forward to have dinners there as well as thanksgiving again this year…. Sadly we will be making g other plans….“

“Ate lunch with family we had Kyrstyn as our server who was totally awesome and one of the better servers I have encountered in my experiences at restaurants. We got the all you can eat boneless chicken, ribs and double crunch shrimp for $15 which is a great deal and was good food. The atmosphere was pleasant and we just all around couldn't ask for a better lunch experience. Thanks Kyrstyn and Applebee's on Eua Gallie Blvd of Melbourne Florida! 😁“

“We had their special dinner for two…a full slab of bbq ribs,fall off the bone tender ,with four sides and it even included an appetizer, salad , or dessert. We chose the dessert, hot donuts with dipping sauces. Service was great, food was delicious, very enjoyable meal.“

A special shout-out to the resident singer on Saturday—Michelle Wood her voice was absolutely captivating. She brought so much warmth and soul to the room, effortlessly filling the space with rich tones and expressive interpretation. Each song felt carefully chosen and delivered with confidence and emotion, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already planning our next visit. “We ordered the grilled lemongrass banh mi and the grilled pork croissant and both were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! This place is a 10/10. Their desserts are so refreshing, I got the blueberry lavender macaron and it tasted amazing. Their fruit teas are also really really good. Great portions!!“

“I had the pleasure of being helped by Cindy during an early morning visit to the IHOP on Palm Bay Road, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, Cindy greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly positive attitude that immediately made my morning better.
She was not only professional and efficient but also had a calm and kind demeanor that made me feel valued as a customer. Even though it was early, she was upbeat, attentive, and truly seemed to enjoy helping people — a rare quality, especially during those quiet morning hours.
Cindy took the time to answer my questions patiently, handled my transaction quickly, and even offered some helpful suggestions I hadn’t considered. She clearly knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The shop was, well-organized, and clearly managed by someone who takes pride in their work — and that someone is Cindy.

“If you can ever go here considering there's only a few locations in Florida, the place is phenomenal. They are well known for their ice cream but the food was fantastic. I can't even explain how fantastic it was. I didn't even get to try the ice cream. The food was very filling but I guarantee if I'm back in the area again I will eat there and definitely try the ice cream“

“We went in with an hour until close and a little skeptical on how service and food would be due to the late hour. To our surprise, we were greeted within seconds of walking thru the door and seated in the bar at a table of our choice. Moments later our server/bartender greeted us, without a rush, suggested a cocktail that we ordered x 2 along with an appetizer. That was served to us quickly as our orders were taken along with a to-go order. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the service overall was superb. The entire experience from beginning to end was most excellent. I'm not sure of the bartenders name but she provided the best service and for that reason, we'll definitely be back.“

Not only are the drinks spot on every time, but Kalei brings such great energy, genuine conversation, and attention to detail that you instantly feel like a regular. Always is a good time when Kalei’s working!“
