Manager Bessy at this specific location could do a little better with how she communicates with customers at this establishment. There was a slight incident where my online order was charged multiples time and a refund could not be submitted. Respectfully I reiterated my situation with a final realization that the restaurant could not provide me with a refund and I accepted.
