“I’ve eaten at other Steak N Shakes, but this location in Viera is the best. I’m 80, and I always have a problem at the Kiosk. Nur, always comes over and helps my husband and I, and he is always so kind to us. The other day, we ate there, and the new GM, Corbyn came right over and helped us this time. He was so nice to us, and helped us place our orders correctly. The food is always hot, and fresh. I really appreciate the service, Nur and Corbyn gave us. It’s well worth the extra miles to drive there. They treat their customers very nicely…“

“Went here after a disappointing fishing trip and left in a good mood. The lady who I presume to be the manager was very professional and provided good service when we ordered. She suggested that we (group of 3) share an order of large fries together which was definitely a good idea considering the insane amount of fries that was provided which we never finished. he food took about 7 minutes to be ready and the burger was of high quality and good size. Definitely my best experience with Five Guys.“

“Bubbakoo's Burritos, especially the Melbourne location on Wickham is the absolute best. My 14-year-old son request them multiple times a week for a burrito or burrito bowl. It's the favorite place my kid and all his friends want me to take them to. The portions size are huge, proteins are always super fresh&,delicious (compared to Chipotle🤔🤨)also the salsas and queso are fantastic. Every single person that works there always friendly, helpful and has phenomenal customer service. “I stopped by the Wendy’s inside the Flying J, and it’s an incredibly convenient spot to grab a bite while getting gas. The store itself is well stocked with snacks and accessories.

From the moment I approached the counter, the cashier promptly acknowledged me and took my order. The manager, Mary, was working nearby and was very friendly, as was the rest of her staff. My breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasted great, and the entire establishment was clean.

Mary clearly runs an excellent shift, and her team made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future when I pass through.“

“It feels a little smaller. But everyone always greets you with a smile. They get your order correct. It doesn’t take long and Jersey mikes offers with the points you get. Food always tastes great.
My issue is the parking lot. Potholes. Watch out. Parking seems to be scarce. And there’s always people pulling up. Backing up or walking in the parking lot. Usually non are looking in any of those listed.“

“I’m in this location at least one day a week. The problem that I have with this location is one particular employee in his name is JAIR. I have no other choice but it stop coming to this location and going down to West Haven. I really hate this because this one’s like five minutes from my house this employee does Burger King a disservice. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. It is as if we are troubling him to ask if we can get some ketchup. The list could go on and on just in the past month I have had four bad experiences with this one gentleman the food is always exceptionally great here but they need to lock him in the back cooking and never allow him to interact with customers ever again.“
