“Arby's is our go-to fast food in Palm Bay. The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and there's a great variety of food, all delicious. There's a wide variety of menu selections, not just roast beef. There's chicken sandwiches, Reubens, fish sandwiches, french dips, ham and cheese, and on and on. The place is obviously well managed. Service is FAST, unlike many other restaurants in the area. The special deals that they offer are extremely budget friendly.“

“We happened onto this wonderful food at the Merritt Square mall food court !! We had the Gyros! wow!! Sooo good stuffed full with meat and veggies. The sauce was great! I would highly recommend this place if your just looking for great fast food!!“

“Went here one Friday night around 2am and a sweet girl name niya was working and she was so sweet and made sure I had every thing I needed cause they were so busy and poor thing she looked so tired but she kept it professional and made sure us customers were satisfied I definitely wii be back with good customer service like that thanks niya“

“I stopped by the Wendy’s inside the Flying J, and it’s an incredibly convenient spot to grab a bite while getting gas. The store itself is well stocked with snacks and accessories.

From the moment I approached the counter, the cashier promptly acknowledged me and took my order. The manager, Mary, was working nearby and was very friendly, as was the rest of her staff. My breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasted great, and the entire establishment was clean.

Mary clearly runs an excellent shift, and her team made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future when I pass through.“

“The people are so nice and chill! And the chicken! Wow. After becoming a recent revert I have been on the search for some quick halal food and this place has it! The Biscuits are delicious. (Sorry not pictured it was just so good!) and the chicken is amazing. The Mac and cheese was good for something that’s quick. But the chicken is amazing, the gizzards AMAZING. “Bubbakoos is usually my go‑to because the food is consistently really good. I’ve never had an issue with most of their menu items, but I do feel like the shrimp can sometimes be a little slimy, which makes it pretty unappealing. Everything else tends to hit the spot, though.

As for the staff, most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. But there have been a few visits where some of the female staff members came off a bit rude for no reason. I totally get that working in customer service can be stressful and that customers can be difficult, but not everyone walks in with an attitude. If I come in smiling, greeting you, and asking how your day is going, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same basic courtesy back. If I were being rude, I’d understand the energy being matched — but when I’m not, it definitely throws off the experience.

Overall, the food is good and I still enjoy going, but I do think the customer service could be more consistent.“

“Came to Arby's today to order the new peach cobbler rolls and some other items. The tab came up to 22 dollars and I mistakenly gave the window guy 25 dollars and he returned the correct amount of change. Honest people good service food fresh“

“In our first time here it was super easy to order. We got two large pizzas and we were three. Staff is super friendly and attentive manager was on top of everything. Clean venue and plenty of options. Extremely reasonable prices. You can get drinks from regular fountain ones. Pellegrino or beer. It is great that it was open late and it's a nice atmosphere for a quick bite. Plenty of space to sit down. Highly recommend“

“I walked in ordered my food on a touch screen, and minutes after got quality food after checking out. Cleanest floors ever, staff had bubbles in the back floor up past their shoes. Fun and friendly staff joking and laughing. Nobody looked unhappy to be there. I would recommend this place to anyone for sure.

(Update) The staff still incredible, but the food was inedible. I couldn’t bit into the rubber chicken that was my fried chicken sandwich. I won’t be doing lunch here anymore. 05/17/2026“

“Personally, I don’t take the time to leave reviews unless I’m really blown away. Never would’ve thought I’d be here leaving a 5 star review for a fast food joint, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this Wendy’s location. Hands down the best run Wendy’s in Brevard county.

How do I know? For the last 4 months it’s been my go to place for lunch 3-5 days a week. The food is always fresh, always right, the times are very fast for the lunch rush hour, and if they’re running slow they make it known they’ll have my food to me as soon as possible.

The only bad things about this location is they’re so good it’s causing me to make poor life decisions by eating it everyday. Excellent display of how a fast food restaurant should be ran.“

The sandwiches were made just as we ordered them, and the staff were pleasant and personable. “A better experience than last time, out of 4 meals, one totally wrong, one missing requested lettuce, one asked for mac sauce and got it along with a lot of ketchup an mayo (are Ketchup & mayo even on a quarter pounder?).Long wait thought it we waited for fries. Fries were crisp but barely warm.“
