at this point i don’t even know why i go to this mcdonald’s. every time i come here i get the same treatment. the service is barely existent, my food is either missing or the complete opposite to what i ordered. it’s almost a slap in the face after a long day of work. usually i let everything slide but this time was the last straw. today my boyfriend got a burger that was barely even cooked and the closing manager who looks like a cracked out granny had the nerve to not even hear my boyfriend (who used to manage a mcdonald’s in the past) out. sure he had started getting mad because this is not the first time this has happened. but she had the nerve to start screaming over my boyfriend and threatened to call the cops… over a raw burger be so for real ma’am.

Ordered a kids meal and a mcnugget. 7:00 pm. Sun night. Sat at curb side pickup for 27 mins. This was ridiculous. No body in store, not busy.

I went in to get a McFlurry and I didn’t get a spoon with it. I also didn’t get a straw for the drink I ordered alongside it. The employees were kind and gave me a straw and a spoon. Some employees were LOUDLY talking about the superbowl while I was there. Most of the time it’s dirty. The floors are wet, and unhygienic. Same goes for the table there was trash on the table. Bathrooms also don’t look the best. Food also came out cold sometimes. Except for all of that the place is good to get something to eat if you’re desperate.
