It's been a while since I have been here . I had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and didn't seem to mind my special order on the fish sandwich . I left very pleased . Great customer service.
It’s McDonald’s not fine dining. However having cars pull to the side at the drive thru does not make things more efficient. All it does is cast a customer aside until the vendor can find the time to fulfill the order. Want to know how to properly and efficiently run a drive thru? Go watch chik-fil-a operate.
Did an online order and went to pick it up. Also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and large DP while in drive-thru. Get my LG Dr.Pepper and it's flat and syrupy. I asked the girl what was wrong with it (clear on top dark and bottom- obviously something is wrong with it) and she said she don't know how to fix it. Fine, I'm hot and tired so I just take the drink. I get ALL THE WAY HOME. AND they didn't add and nugget sauce like my app asked and my big mac ... Well here's a pic....read full review
