Don't waste your money. As you can see, they aren't great at decorating (very off centered and unprofessional). In addition this cake was crunchy and dry, pretty sure it was several days old and they pawned it off on us, even though we ordered ahead. Very disappointing!

My goodness I was so happy to see Mrs. Fields in the mall these cookies are so addicting and yummy ? I just had to pick up a few to take take home. Service was good but not as good as the cookies ?

Everyone i spoke to (phone and in person picking up) was so friendly. I ordered online and wanted to add something and there was no option. Called kiosk and the girl made it happen. Cookie was ready on time, looked great and tasted fresh! Great job, great customer service! Thanks!
