Best Please for locals you can bring your family to the beach enjoy the water, and there is a food stand where you can order hamburgers and hotdogs also lifeguard on duty during the week.
A nice beach with parking, trees, and lots of room to social distance. It's all very easy to walk to from the parking lot and find a place to relax for the day. I didn't see any lifeguards, but that was okay. What I didn't like was the proliferation of fishermen on Sunday while we were there. They had no regard to people on the beach wanting to swim in the water; they just kept casting their lines into it. I know I certainly wouldn't want to get hooked! One of the better beach parks. Big parking lot. Restrooms, showers, volleyball courts, pavilions, certain hours a food vendor and a lifeguard(I believe). Walgreens and restaurants across the street if you need anything. A traffic light so you can safely get in and out of the parking lot. Gets busy so go early while there is still parking.
