Spicy Noodle soup cooked similar to Pho with the addition of pork bones, lemon grass, and chili oil. Contains thick vermicelli rice noodles. Broth is topped with shrimp paste and homemade chili oil. Hearty amount of beef shank, steamed pork patty, and a pork knuckle. Garnished with cilantro, white onions, and green onion.

My favorite Pho place! Like no other place in Melbourne has broth like they do, I tried them all, this place is my to go for Pho! I can say my only favorite place to go for Pho in Melbourne.

My girlfriend ordered me this over the weekend. As a surprise… it was just amazing!!! I received two types of pho. The chicken and the beef. Also a tea and a coffee.
The ingredients were so fresh and rejuvenating. I could just bottle up the broth and sip it at my leisure. The tea was amazing it was orange in color and I have no idea what was in it but it was refreshing.

The coffee… the iced coffee… was probably one of the best coffees I’ve ever...

The best and most authentic Vietnamese food in Brevard county. I've been coming to this restaurant for the past 3 years and will only go here for my favorite Vietnamese dishes!
