I think the problem with Pizza Hut is the delivery people most of the time, that being said I personally like to go in for any of my orders and every time I’m there this lovely women named Lisa is always there to help me and make sure I leave with a smile on my face! She inspired me with how outgoing and on top of this donation charity their holding! She definitely deserves to be the Face of Pizza Hut!!

Great customer service! Earlier tonight we placed an order online through Pizza Hut, and when the food arrived it honestly looked great. The only issue was that the delivery driver forgot the dipping sauces. Half the meal was fine, but the other half definitely needed those sauces!
We called the Lake Washington Pizza Hut to let them know what happened. The guy who answered the phone was awesome, got the manager involved right away, and she was super cordial and helpful.

I ordered online for delivery and added a driver tip. I then get notification that Door Dash would deliver my pizza. My delivery person said there was no tip added and according to the receipt I was charged minus the tip I added online. My bank charged me for the order plus tip. I'm currently in dispute over the charge and will change my rating on how my over charge is handled.
In the meantime, I suggest just ordering for pick up or order through for door dash for deliveries.
