I hate to leave a negative review for this place because the owners are always kind and the food tastes fine, but my boyfriend was sick all weekend after eating their food Friday night (we luckily got different dishes -- he had chicken, I had tofu). He had a low grade fever, chills, stomach cramps, and terrible GI symptoms. We of course don't know for sure that Ruby Asian Taste is what made him sick, but we did decide to look up their health inspection violation history and found dozens of recent violations (including more than 10 health code violations during their most recent inspection during the last few months). So...... maybe eat there with caution.

Love this place! my favorite dish are the Chicken wings, house special fried rice, and chicken or the beef udon noodles, delicious, mouth watering just by thinking about it, has not failed me yet. Will be back

About 2 weeks ago I ordered the large boneless spare ribs which are $15. When I got home I tried them and they were rancid. You can't cook the rancidness out of meat. I took it back. I only had a piece and she yelled at me, the same thing over and over again . That she sells that all the time and nobody complains about it and I kept repeating that I'm complaining and that she can smell it. She finally threw $10 at me and told me to throw it out in the garbage which I did. But now I wish that I had taken it to the health department.The rice was bland. If you don't like New York style Chinese food that has more flavor that rice might be okay. The egg roll was good. The service was as disgusting as the spoiled meat. At any other restaurant you can return your meal without that kind of abuse.

I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice (D12) and bourbon chicken with fried rice (D32) and vegetable lo mein (23). Everything was lacking flavor except the sesame chicken. Even the egg roll was bad. Unfortunately, I will not be back.
