Starbucks’ coffee taste and quality will never change but sometimes what changed is the customer service of their staff. I honestly didn’t like 2 staffs who were not really that friendly on the day I first visited this branch. Mainly because I was smiling when we came in but the first staff just staring at me blankly while the other just ignored me while they were doing their own tasks.
