Been eating here since they opened but a few months ago we took a break because of food quality and service was not good. Went back today and nothing had changed. Took a quite a while for service when the restaurant was almost empty and the chicken extremely dry. We told the server but she didn’t seem concerned.

Really solid Mexican rest! Great birria, carne asada, el pastor, etc. Excellent tequila selection. House margaritas are great. Quesadilla Mazatlán was packed full of seafood and tasty flavors
Chips are fresh and crisp with excellent salsa!

Salsa’s Cocina is hands-down my favorite Mexican spot in town! I’ve never had a bad meal or a weak margarita here – everything comes out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious every single time. The flavors are on point and the portions are generous.
What really makes it special though is the people: Jose, Ruben, Sebastian, and the entire staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like family the second you walk in. Can’t recommend this place enough – 5 stars all day! 🌮
