We made the drive to Backwater in Melbourne specifically to try the griddle tables, and it was such a fun experience! Making our own pancakes right at the table was something different and kept everyone entertained while breakfast cooked exactly how we liked it. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was great. If you’d rather not cook, they also have regular non griddle seating where your meal is prepared for you.
