Food was super good, and reasonably priced. “Thai Koji, 2330 N. Wickham Rd., Melbourne, FL 32935 4.5 Stars Holy Rainbow Roll, Batman! Yet another Thai/Japanese combo hash house was staring at me from my random name generator. I have to fix this; all I'm getting lately are these places and Tex-Mex joints. This time, I was heading OTB to sample the fares offered at Thai Koji off of N. Wickham Rd. in Melbourne, FL. After being seated, handed a menu and assured my server would be right with me, I took a few pictures of the place and got ready to snap some of the menu. When I opened it, much to my surprise, I had committed a deterrational act. In so doing, I uncovered a leader in the Thai/Japanese cohort. As previously mentioned, I have a relative currently residing in Thailand. They have assured me on numerous occasions that two things you never find in a restaurant there are chopsticks and sushi. This place knew that and had two DISTINCT menus: Japanese and Thai, leaving little room for discussion. Am was our waiter for the meal and other waitstaff should take lessons from this man. He was exceptional in every category in which a server can be ranked. Well done, Good Sir! I asked Am for some Chicken Satay, Pad Kra Pow Stir Fry w/minced pork and a Lobster Roll. Sitting back and taking in the chill vibe, I wasn't too long before Am was seen returning with my feastage. I quickly dug in as the fusillade of fabulous fragrances ambushed my olfactory nerves. The Chicken Satay consisted of huge pieces of breast meat skewered, grilled to perfection and paired with a delicious Thai peanut sauce. The cucumber salad served on the side was fresh, crisp and delightful, consisting of freshly sliced and chopped cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper in a delicious dressing of Thai flavors. Next up was the Pork Pad Kra Pow Stir fry and this was also wonderful. The minced pork was tender, the rice was perfectly steamed and the side spring roll was a treat to my taste buds. The complex flavors in the Pad Kra Pow were executed flawlessly and stimulated my palate as only correctly prepared Thai food can. Moving on to the final item to be tasted on this foray into the sea of Thai/Japanese combo places, I direct your attention to the Lobster Roll. First, please take a peek at the picture of said roll. It is certainly a work of art to the discerning eye. With krab inside, fresh tuna on top and a wonderful spicy sauce drizzled to top it off, it looked far better than it tasted. I am fairly sure I got the last Lobster tail in the freezer as it came off slightly freezer-burned. If it weren't for that tiny, albeit important detail, this would have been a 5-star meal. “Finally made it to try Genna Pizza company, a family run/ owned business. We ordered the Chicago style veggie pizza, and it did not disappointed at all. We have been following the reviews through Facebook and finally tried it today along with the fried fresh mozzarella as our appetizer. The pizza took almost an hour to make (they informed you about that in the menu) but it was worth it. I am writing this review in memory of my dad, an honorable firefighter, United States Air Force veteran, and Vietnam veteran who later lost his battle with illnesses related to Agent Orange exposure.

One of my dad's greatest simple pleasures in life was visiting Mustard's Last Stand. On his modest income, it was one of the few places he treated himself to, and he absolutely loved it. The hot dogs are outstanding, but what made this place truly special was the kindness shown by the employees. They always treated my father with warmth, respect, and genuine care.

When my dad was in his final days in the hospital, the wonderful people at Mustard's Last Stand sent him a hot dog with messages of love written on the packaging. That hot dog became my dad's very last meal. It is a memory our family will never forget.

To many people, it may seem like just a restaurant. To our family, it became a place filled with kindness, dignity, and compassion during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

Even now, I cannot drive past without stopping to pick up a hot dog for my mom. Every visit reminds me of my dad and the happiness this place brought him.

Thank you for the outstanding food, the wonderful service, and most of all for the way you treated my father. Thank you for making his lunches something he always looked forward to and for showing such kindness to a proud veteran who served 2½ tours in Vietnam. Your compassion meant more to our family than words can express.

We went on a Tuesday around 3:00pm and there wasn’t any customers so we had the place to ourselves. Our server was very attentive and nice and the food was so good! We started off with the sushi pizza because it sounded interesting and it was honestly so tasty! It had a thin crust almost like a wonton topped with spicy tuna, avocado, seaweed salad and spicy mayo and it was definitely something we will be ordering again. We shared two rolls (snow mountain roll and super dragon roll) and both were delicious! 🍣 we then finished with the house hibachi and it was so much food we took the hibachi home but really good! “We had a wonderful ending restaurant here in Vero Beach until the owner died and then the new owners took over but they don’t know how to make good chicken tikka so I had been wanting to try taste of India for months now and I finally made it up there an hour north of me and I was absolutely blown away by the most delicious chicken tikka I have ever experienced. Since I work in Palm Bay on Fridays, my plan is to go there when I get out of work on Fridays for my chicken tikka. It was so good that I actually took another order to go so I could have more chicken tikka the next day. I asked the owner if he could please open one of these restaurants in Vero Beach, where crab stop used to be, but recently close down due to the owners retirement. Vero Beach deserves a taste of India here“

“Listen, I don’t hand out “legendary” lightly, but Pho Cali absolutely earned it.

I started with the Khai Vi Dac Biet appetizer platter, which showed up looking innocent enough until the first bite. The spring rolls were fresh, bright, and packed with flavor, and the fried egg rolls were so perfectly crispy they practically shattered in the best possible way.

Then the Bun Dac Biet arrived… and that’s when things got serious.

Grilled pork with that smoky char, sausage, meatballs, fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, scallion oil—basically a bowl of organized delicious chaos. Every bite had something different going on. Light, fresh, savory, a little sweet, a little tangy. Whoever engineered that bowl understood the assignment.

Now here’s where things escalated.

They have this house garlic chili sauce that could probably heat a small New York apartment building. I mixed it into the peanut sauce and started dipping the spring rolls in it, and suddenly I understood why people get obsessed with Vietnamese food.

Cold Singha beer, sunlight coming through the windows, and a bowl of noodles that had no business being that good.

Honestly, the only downside was eventually finishing the meal and realizing I couldn’t order the entire menu without embarrassing myself.

If you’re anywhere near Melbourne and like food that actually tastes alive, Pho Cali is absolutely worth the stop.

We drive over an hour and a half to come to this restaurant! We always have an excellent meal with both sides of the restaurant, which offers both the traditional Chinese selections and the other upscale gourmet dining option from their gourmet section.
What I like is that we can always sit in the traditional Chinese section and still order from the upscale menu as well as the traditional Chinese menu! The wait staff can’t be any better, and are so attentive and accommodating.
The chefs there are truly talented and the portions are generous, as is the quality and freshness every time.
The prices are reasonable and you can’t find a better value and enjoyable experience!

“Bubbakoos is usually my go‑to because the food is consistently really good. I’ve never had an issue with most of their menu items, but I do feel like the shrimp can sometimes be a little slimy, which makes it pretty unappealing. Everything else tends to hit the spot, though.

As for the staff, most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. But there have been a few visits where some of the female staff members came off a bit rude for no reason. I totally get that working in customer service can be stressful and that customers can be difficult, but not everyone walks in with an attitude. If I come in smiling, greeting you, and asking how your day is going, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same basic courtesy back. If I were being rude, I’d understand the energy being matched — but when I’m not, it definitely throws off the experience.

To cook fare of the highest possible quality, a cook must take great care when preparing each dish. When I added Chinese restaurants to the lists of options for review, I never quite imagined the sheer morass of unpleasant, disagreeable, and horrendous food I would be diving into. Toward that end, when Xin Da emerged as candidate for appraisal, I pondered in silent thought, "uggh...here we go again." A cursory surveyance of the interior of the eatery revealed an atmosphere which is typical of every other Chinese joint I've visited. The first tangible difference of which I took notice is represented in Lim. He is the owner of the restaurant and is accompanied by his son. It's noteworthy that both are of Chinese ethnicity and that both speak English fluently; so well in fact that my respect, my approbation very nearly gave way to zelotopia. Seriously though, he is a great guy. My order consisted of Kung Pao Chicken, Crab Rangoon, and fried dumplings. The food exuded a full-flavored freshness to my taste buds and further presented as an attractive meal, far more pleasing to my eyes and my stomach than anything I have reviewed up to this point.
