“I was part of a party of four. Everyone in our party was amazed by the wide selection of dishes, by the waitstaff professionalism, and then by the truly exceptional tastes of the dishes we enjoyed. We are well traveled vegan diners with two in our party this day from Great Britain. We decided to split the foods we ordered so that we could enjoy the array of food so well presented. We all ecstatically enjoyed the Monte Cristo, Reuben, Drumsticks, CrabCakes, 321 Nachos w/ Impossible added, Fried Green Tomatoes, Mac and Cheese side, House Seasoned Fries, Fried Green Tomatoes and cake! Highly recommended for tasty foods, presentation, ample portions, ambiance and staff. We already have plans to return.“

“Tonya was our amazing server. So attentive and thorough. Helped us pick our meal on our first visit. Absolutely phenomenal!, steak cooked to temperature, Cadillac Margaritas on point. Don't forget to start with the Queso Fundido and finish with the fried ice cream.“

“We went in for a Greek salad and gyro meat and came out of the deli with so much more. The salad was huge (2 meals) and we got gyro meat on the side. The gyro meat was super tender and so full of flavor and was authentically sliced from a spit. The salad was filled with feta, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes and Kalamata olives. The dressing was so flavorful. We got a few pre-made items from the deli, which were all very delicious/ curry chicken salad, lentil veggie salad and feta sun dried tomato pasta. Their spanakopita (spinach pie) was filled with spinach and feta and was very flaky. We couldn’t leave without dessert treats- carrot cake, almond cookies, baklava and Kataifi nut pastry. All dessert treats were very yummy. The owner and his son were very kind and let us sample a few things. We’ll be back.“

“We ate at Long Doggers in Cocoa Beach for the first time tonight. Our waitress Tiffany was friendly, answered our questions and served us quickly with a smile. Food was as described and delicious. My husband had wings and a Caesar salad. While I had a very enjoyable Cobb Salad. We look forward to eating here again next time we are in Cocoa Beach.“

“We stumbled on this restaurant 2 years ago the night before a cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed it! So we returned tonight (leaving on a cruise tomorrow) and it was even better than last time. Our son has autism and the owner could not have been kinder to him. But he was also this kind to all the kids in the restaurant. “We like the food here, and know the menu without even seeing it. we really go here because of the views. You can see the cruise ships departing and arriving from Port Canaveral. Some of them even dock right next to the Grills deck. Very fun location but gets crowded very fast. You can also see rocket launches from this location.“

“Barkada Bowl - Cape Canaveral - 4.5 Stars By a show of hands, how many of you have had Filipino food before? Anyone, anyone? Yeah, me either, but you can now try it at Barkada Bowl in Cape Canaveral. Tucked away in a teeny tiny spot lays one of the most original experiences you can have in Brevard County. Trying new cuisine can be intimidating, especially if the owner or employees do not speak English. As I walked in I noticed an older Asian lady and a younger Asian gentleman. Immediately I thought "crud, now what am I going to do?" The young man made eye contact and in the most mellifluous voice said, "Welcome to Barkada Bowl. My name is Dexter. Do you have any questions about what we are serving?" At this point, I felt like a total dope as Dexter spoke perfect English and obviously was raised in the States. I laughed at my stupidity and began inquiring about the items they serve. Dexter took a moment and explained all of the fresh, delectable items they serve. I set my sights on the Filipino Bowl with pork belly and received a bowl filled with sticky rice, cooked impeccably, which absorbs the flavors of the pork belly delicately. What adds a real exciting sneak attack is the adobo seasoning. It blends just the right kick with a mellow finish one comes to expect from adobo. The veggies are crisp and fresh, and the bowl is finished with the appropriate hard-boiled egg cooked flawlessly. I have not done any research into the authenticity of Filipino cuisine. What I can tell you is the food here is great, regardless of its etiology. The service is admirable and the owner is a stand-up guy. The Big Boy says, don't be afraid to step out of the box and try some original, fresh, and exciting food at Barkada Bowl.“

“Just passing though and decided to check it out. Lots of dining options, indoors or out. If you opt for outside, it is pretty warm but a nice atmosphere! The menu has a wide variety. We had the Mac and cheese burger and the Jamaican jerk chicken tacos. I enjoyed the tacos, the burger was ok. Overall, not a bad place to eat and great location on the water!“

“Siam Orchid Cocoa Beach is a Thai, Japanese & sushi restaurant inside the La Quinta Inn that offers a casual space with Asian flair. We discovered this restaurant on our way back to the hotel and decided to check it out. After seeing the reviews on Yelp, we decided to make this our choice for dinner. Walking in, the location was clean and presented a dim ambiance. We headed to the hostess stand, requested a table for two and were immediately taken to our table. As it was my first time, I took a moment to take in all of the options. The menu was very robust and had pages of great options. Once I had taken it all in, I decided on the Crab Rangoon for my appetizer and the Pad Thai with Chicken as my entreé. Crab Rangoon: Very Meaty. Not the cluster of Cream Cheese inner back home. These were filled with crab meat and the right amount of cream cheese. They were very flavorful and fried to perfection. The sweet chili sauce provided was amazing as well and really put the flavor profile on 1000. Pad Thai: The Pad Thai was off the chain good. Great portion. Multi-Flavor profile dish which was done to perfection. All of the flavors paired well and allowed each one to shine. The level of sweetness was exactly as you would expect from a Pad Thai dish done right. Also, the noodles were done perfectly which really complimented the tenderness of the chicken. I’m talking Purrrrrrrrrrfection. Siam Orchid Cocoa Beach was a great decision for dinner. Compliments to the chef.“

“Our server, Savana, was great. She really did her best, but I think the service problem was with the kitchen. Appetizers came out quickly, tasted great and the portion sizes were good. 3 entrees came out after a 30 minute wait, but the other 4 took 45 minutes AFTER the first ones were served. Needless to say, the first 3 were finished before the rest of us got our entrees. We ordered dessert and that took another 30+ minutes for 2 slices of orange cake and 2 slices of key lime pie. Savanna mentioned she had to cut the cakes herself. There was one table of 2 when we arrived and 2 tables of 3 or 4 Which arrived after us and got served before us. If you're looking for food that is okay , Go visit, if you're looking for exceptional service.It probably should not be on the top of your list. Poutine was great, chicken casadilla was very good, ceasar salad Lettuce was a little old, bolognaise was good and the penne Alfredo was very good.“
