Smokey Bones Melbourne

Dependable BBQ- it's a national chain so right sized expectations are key. The menu has been static for a while but satisfied various tastes in my group. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Our waitress kept close tabs on us and made thoughtful suggestions. The decor is aging with wear evident on the carpeting and seating. In all we had a good time and were happy with the experience.

Went here for the first time about three weeks ago. Great waitress, she made sure things were taken care of but the pestering type. She also (this is a BIG deal for me) let us pick our table. Everything was cooked just right, it couldn't have been better. The only criticism my wife and I both had is that everything was kind of 'sticky' - the menus, table, and so on. Great place and we will return.

My experience was amazing! The food and overall atmosphere were great. My server Toni was very kind and attentive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Give that girl a raise! We’ll definitely be back in!

Pleasantly surprised! The food was VERY good. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries, and they were certainly delicious. We were especially impressed with Toni and her excellent service. The rest of the staff were great as well.

We did a Social Security/Medicare 101 Educational Event here. Everyone was incredible. Service was great and timely to our registrants. Every night servers who were assigned to us, asked if they could help, get us anything, etc. Casey, one of the managers was excellent; so friendly, helpful, and timely. Can't wait to do this again!
