Ratings are absolutely incorrect. I frequented this location multiple times, and have always had amazing service and food. Shakes are to die for . And the fries . No other fast food is TOPPING beef tallow. 🫶

The food is pretty good when your order is right, although every time I've been there without fail something has been missed or given the wrong item. Last time I was there I got a garlic butter burger and ended up getting one that was smothered in onions, not sure if they gave me the wrong order or didn't hear me through the drive-through.

Got the 5-way chili mac. It was awful. Hardly any pasta and cheese. It was mostly chili, and not very good chili at that. Won't be getting it again.

Everything feels fresher than fast food. The burgers are delish, the fries great, and the shakes are spectacular. And where else can you find a double-cheeseburger with fries and a tall REAL milkshake for $10?!? No where!
Prepaid catering order with paid delivery came without any food. Only drinks, and a driver who didn’t want to or couldn’t fix the problem. Drove to the store instead, was told they had just swapped out the fries, which were already cold to the touch.

yeah, one young lady manning the drive-through was completely rude. Customer service skills were atrocious. I mean, if you’re gonna put somebody at that position, make sure that they have some type of interpersonal skill and aren’t psychopathic people.

I took a bunch of kids here yesterday and the staff was SO nice, and SO helpful and the food was SOOOO good, S&S fries are thee best, the young kids working there were SO sweet and helpful. Its going to be a good to from now on!!!

Ordered thru online mobile order. Went inside to pick up order. I stood at pickup counter 12 minutes while all employees chatted away on both areas cook/checkout and on the pickup window. There was over 20 employees all saw us standing there and no one bothered to ask if we needed help or had been helped. I had to flag a cook to get help for our pick up order. Too many employees and no one acknowledging the customer that pays for their jobs. Bad service.
