It has been a long time since my husband and I have been here and we decided to give them another shot. The food was delicious and served beautifully. However, there were only 3 tables being served in the restaurant and the service was very slow. Ashley was awesome she was super attentive and really nice she started taking song suggestions and made the night way more enjoyable. Overall best experience I’ve had at sushi factory. Food was great and service was quick!
The food was fresh and made to order. The food was very good! I see reviews about not liking the 18% service charge. In this day and age and economy, if you aren't tipping 20 to 25%, you shouldn't be dining out. As a former restaurant waiter, I tip 30%, unless the service is bad, and it's still 20%. The restaurant also warns this on the menu. 18% is very low, I gave $10 extra and we were 2 adults and 1 child.
