I come through the drive thru once a week because I work right next to Zaxbys. Lacy is the nicest drive thru employee, she asks how your day is going or small talk in general which makes any experience better
Food was ready as soon as I walked in the store. Ordered online and got a free funnel cake. Doesn't taste like what I remember, but it was a nice try. The fried pickles were way overcooked. But I love the coke machine with all the selections to customize your drink.

Staff is amazing, my order was a bit delayed but the staff quickly made up for it by offering a comp meal. Food was hot and fresh and restaurant was clean, will definitely come again.
