TLDR: The short version is that the food is pretty good but the service isn't great and you will pay way more than what you will receive. I don't think I'll be returning.

I'll start by saying the food is really good. The sushi chefs really seem to know what they're doing and I give them props for their work.

This was my first time and the food tasted amazing everyone that was serving us was amazing the waitress Ariana and Natalie were very nice to me and I would come back every time to eat here

Based on the reviews, the restaurant Sushi Factory and Boba Tea has delicious food that is worth the price, with many options. The miso soup is fantastic and the food is always on point and more filling than expected. However, the service is inconsistent. Some guests had great service from attentive and friendly servers who cleared plates and explained everything. A robot also brought food to the table. Other guests experienced bad service, with the servers changing for the worse. Orders were forgotten, the wrong Boba tea with milk and mango was brought, and staff were nonchalant. After waiting over 20 minutes for food, some guests left without eating and will not return. An 18% service charge was considered not deserved.
