Had a mobile order and they made it nice and hot at 3am. (I work nights) A lot of workers don’t care at that hour and I appreciate them for making my food right. Small con was that my cheesy potatoes were stale:/
Employees are wonderful but their drive-thru is painfully slow. It doesn't matter if you're there during the height of lunch hour or at some random time with nobody else there. There's no sense of urgency.
Many many of us out there know that feeling of anger, disappointment and wanting to get the manager on the phone ASAP to "make it right" (lol) when you rush thru a fast food establishment, neglect to check your order. Maybe you're in a bit of a time crunch... It happens. So you don't realize until you get home or wherever you may be...that they left out, at times, quite a few items! Again keep in mind, you have already paid for this food ??♀️ Not only...
