We stopped here for lunch and ordered their hand pie (sweet potato) and the special: tomato soup/grilled cheese on focaccia bread. All of it was so good and tasty! In the pictures, the hand pie is folded. I opened it up to allow it to cool down. We also made a find on a locally roasted coffee in Gainesville. The Melrose Center was serving their coffee. I had gone on a Saturday to listen to music. It’s a bright, modern atmosphere. They offer a variety of music styles. I heard an acoustic duo, Nicole &Neil, good song list… it’s a laid back vibe. The monthly calendar tells of upcoming events…. It really is a ‘community’ center Just a comfortable place and really good coffee! You can probably find out more about them on line
