Person didn't listen put tons of mayo and mustard after I asked for light get home with sandwich there is hair in it and the meat is curled and dry.... I don't know why I bother anymore

I was there at 10:10am, no one at the counter, no bell to ring for service. After waiting a few minutes called them on the phone, no answer. After reading the reviews here I think I'm better off than being served.

came back to say my Husband just got a 12 inch bacon and Rotisserie chicken today the only thing he asked for was extra lettuce and tomato, And every other topping was less, his sandwich was overly packed with soooo much toppings and sauces and the food was completely blandd omg no seasoning, even though we added salt, pepper, and oregano😔. chicken smelled liked it’d been sitting out for a few days. I will just stick to Firehouse subs!!!

My husband and I went in yesterday to pick up our order and the girl behind the counter had to be one of the rudest food service employees I've ever encountered. She had a very upsetting look on her face and seemed to act like I was burdening her when I asked for a cup of banana peppers even though there was literally nobody in the store at the time. Thanked her and she just ignored me. Wouldn't even keep eye contact. If you don't like your job, don't work there!! Also, while the sandwich initially tasted great, my husband and I both received food poisoning after eating there.

Melrose Subway was horrible. Lettuce was more brown than green. And customer service was terrible. They make you feel more like your an inconvenience than a guest. Don't ask for anything thats not on the line or you'll get attitude. Nobody taught this location about freshness of their food or how to treat customers. Will not go back to this location!!

Been here for 2 mornings this week, the first morning i let it slide because people have bad days but the manager in the mornings is extremely rude. Rolls her eyes, mumbles under her breath and make it a big deal when u want toppings on your sub. The gentlemen before me asked if he could use a coupon and she rolled her eyes and said yeah i freaking guess. So unprofessional.

At a vendor set down the road decided to get subs and the lady was extremely rude. Told my gf she could only tell her one item at a time had to run to the register for every second for every up charge. Asked to cook bacon but literally ignored her. I understand the difficulties of the job but come on
