Melrose Subway was horrible. Lettuce was more brown than green. And customer service was terrible. They make you feel more like your an inconvenience than a guest. Don't ask for anything thats not on the line or you'll get attitude. Nobody taught this location about freshness of their food or how to treat customers. Will not go back to this location!!

Been here for 2 mornings this week, the first morning i let it slide because people have bad days but the manager in the mornings is extremely rude. Rolls her eyes, mumbles under her breath and make it a big deal when u want toppings on your sub. The gentlemen before me asked if he could use a coupon and she rolled her eyes and said yeah i freaking guess. So unprofessional.

At a vendor set down the road decided to get subs and the lady was extremely rude. Told my gf she could only tell her one item at a time had to run to the register for every second for every up charge. Asked to cook bacon but literally ignored her. I understand the difficulties of the job but come on

Where's the meat!....they always forget something or make it wrong...last time I got a club all there was is bacon and cheese...no other meat or veggies...I dont like realizing this when I get home...witch is 15 miles from the store..

Walked in no one was up front when we came in they were obviously in the back waited 10 minutes before they even acknowledged us, never were greeted, basically said what do you want, gave order, didn't have meatballs or say they were out of them when I ordered them.Young lady came out to help she never greeted us or said hello, after paying for our order never got a thank you come back again goodbye have a good day nothing.Also didn't know how to use the online gift card that I got.Just very rude service will never be back!!

When you order off the app there's not very much interaction with the people who are preparing your food.
Vegetarian options: They have raw vegetables and bread I suppose that's what they eat "no offense '
Dietary restrictions: Sometimes your body doesn't handle certain foods like other people and having that option makes getting what you can have is a good thing.
Parking: You're basically in a grocery store parking lot stip mall with other stores and places to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: If that's the problem I say to just get take out. The space inside isn't all that big

Clean enough, and while the food was run-of-the-mill fast food, the service was excellent.
Vegetarian options: It's easy to pick all your toppings, and I'm fairly certain that there is a vegetarian sub.
Kid-friendliness: Again, being able to pick ingredients and having them all available to see often encourages even picky eaters to try new food.

Walked in and 2 employees ignored me for 5 minutes faking "side work". Was so disgusted at level of service, I threw my hand out in disgust and walked away. I contacted corporate immediately. It's been about 2 months and never heard from corporate.
