Horrible experience with an incredibly rude and disrespectful young lady! Cussing at customers is unexceptable behavior. Says she is the manager and owners daughter. They will not be getting our business any longer!

Worst attitude from owner’s daughter who cussed at me who is an elder… I gave it right back. Never go to a place that accuses u of standing too close as I was looking up at menu.

what an awesome experience my GF and I had here. I love the staff, I adore their coffee. Smoothies are delicious!! Muffins are soft and tasty!! Love Katie she is amazing ❤️ thank you for taking good care of us!!

I work in this mall and buy a latte there most days. Good coffee, good service. The girl with glasses makes good espresso

Today Saturday 27 January 2024, at Merritt Mall. I walked up to the kiosk today, there were no people just the woman - dark hair, glasses, working behind the counter. I very friendly said "good morning how are you?" Got ignored. I repeated again in a friendly voice "hello, how r you?" She looked up annoyed, doesn't greet just said "what's your order" I said good morning she stared back and I said you can at least greet the customers. I am absolutely appalled by the rude and terrible service and attitude she should not work with people at all! I was at this kiosk 5 years ago and I remember it having a different logo with very friendly staff. I'm so shocked today, I would never order here because of this women. Please employee people who actually wants a job.

Very nice little concession stand located at the mall. I had the banana mocha and it was delicious and the customer service was equally great.

I wanted a coffee that was suggested on my the board “peppermint mocha & whip”. I was charged $2.00 extra from advertised price of large latte of $6..30. I asked why and was told I had ordered extra flavors “peppermint & mocha”. I told her that on the board it showed that those two flavors & whip came all together. She said no and then said I was the only person who had asked that. I told her it was misleading. So she abruptly grabbed the board & put comma’s between the words. I did try to cancel the order but it was too late. The girl now was very perturbed . She abruptly put my cup down and it was luke warm (ordered extra hot) I lifted the lid and no “whip”. I asked where the whip was? She said “that’s an extra charge”. She also had no fresh coffee to give us either. Terrible service, terrible advertising & terrible coffee. No thank you. She also started fussing at me while I walked away.

If you’re looking for an amazing local business that gives you a warm feeling inside, it’s definitely this place! Located in the mall, they are the perfect go to spot for an iced coffee or even a smoothie. The staff are always so kind and friendly and the drinks are so delicious! Highly recommend!!
