Saigon Pho Banh Mi & Boba

First time here and it was fantastic!!! Immediately, a kind man welcomed us with a smile, we sat wherever we wanted, they gave us menus, and advised to order at the counter.

The atmosphere was very calming and relaxed. The decor is beautiful and clean. The relaxing music was playing in the background.

The dumplings were delicious, although they were too greasy for me. Then the pho came out and both me and my friend were very impressed. She ate her whole bowl! The last time it happened was years ago and we go to many different places. I'm a vegetarian and my pho was delicious! The kind man came to check on us and explained that the broths for vegetarian and non-vegetarian phos are made separately because one is only vegetable based, which was perfect for me. They used all fresh ingredients in my pho. It was super light, healthy, and tasty. Apparently, the gentle sweet taste in the broth is real sugar cane. I typically don't like sweet in my savory food but this one was so light and so appropriate!

I'm very impressed by all - the food, the service, and the atmosphere! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

WOW! Decided on a whim to give this relatively new place a try, and boy am I glad I did!! It’s FANTASTIC! Merritt Island really needed a place like this! I ordered a Bulgogi Bahn Mi and it was SO fresh and oh so delicious!! The bread could not have been any fresher, the bulgogi beef was super tasty, and it had lots of really fresh veggies…grated carrots, cucumber, green pepper and cilantro. Not only was the food great, but the prices were reasonable, the whole restaurant looked really clean, and the gentleman who helped me at the counter was just delightful. While I waited for my order, he went around and checked on other customers who were dining in, to see how they liked their meals and if they needed anything. Now I wish I would’ve ordered more than I did, so I think I’ll go back again in the next couple days to try something else!

The food was phenomenal! We had the belgogi beef rice dish and shredded chicken bahn mi. I haven’t been to a Vietnamese place in a while, this hit the spot!

Had the bao buns after Kennedy space centre visit. They were some of the best ever with Very fresh toppings! I highly recommend this place, friendly service, fantastic food and nice menu. Plus they have milk tea (with milk) which was also delicious! 👍👍

They were very friendly and service was great! We got the pho and bun bo hue and the broth was very tasty. We also got the banh mi to go and it was also good as well and perfect for our roadtrip. Would love to go back whenever we visit the area again!!

The sweetest people work there and the environment is so light and pleasant I love it. AMAZING food, flavors, and boba! Very kind people like a little community they would thrive in a larger space. HIGHLY recommend! Family friendly and kid friendly!

Stopped in for lunch with my husband, we ordered the crab Rangoon’s, spring rolls, the Bulgogi sandwich and the Bulgogi noodles, everything was exceptional, freshly made, and super tasty!! The refresher teas were delicious as well!
We will definitely be back! (Picture is our lunch, the appetizers were eaten too fast to get a picture of!!)

As a 1/2 Vietnamese man. I have had Pho a lot around the country. This place was a pricey for the amount I got. I got the Pho combination, brisket, rare beef, and tendons. The amount to meat was not that much. The soup Quality and quantity was 3 stars.
The service you order , pay at the counter pay and you tip???!! Before you get your food…. How do you know what to tip if the service not been rendered or the food? The guy at the counter was nice.
And again this is coming from a Vietnamese person. To the normal American this may be 5 stars.
