Celebrated my wife's birthday this past weekend at Aguasal. We are big fans of José Andrés. This restaurant has easily become our favorite of his. When you enter it is beautiful and welcoming. We did a coursed menu which was the perfect way to experience the menu fully. The attention to detail of not only the presentation but the taste is perfection. Extremely welcoming service and the food was amazing. Unique spices and flavors that were super good. Best Miami Spice value I’ve seen. Highly highly recommend going. 10/10 experience for me and my parents.
I continue to give this place the rating it deserves. I am constantly in search of good food good atmosphere good vibes where I can walk to and from my home on the beach. This place checks off all the boxes. At this time, there is a really nice Miami spice menu happening and even a secondary version of the menu with different price.
