Bar Centro by José Andrés Group offers a great ambiance and friendly, attentive bartenders. Guests appreciate the drinks and the beautiful atmosphere, making it a nice spot for conversations. However, there are some concerns about service and kitchen execution. Some diners experienced delays and incorrect orders, particularly with sliders that did not match the menu description. While the front-of-house experience is strong, the kitchen's performance has fallen short at times. Overall, Bar Centro provides a unique setting with high-quality drinks, but there are areas that need improvement to enhance the overall dining experience.
