Ordered a poke bowl and specified I didn't want pickled veggies. Not only were they left in, but we were not told all ingredients even when asked. The bowl came with added ingredients that were not listed that didn't go with a traditional poke bowl and I ended up taking half the bowl apart just to enjoy it. It's also located in a food court and the tables weren't cleaned. I ended up staining my sleeve from a sauce that was left behind from someone else that I didn't see. Also, more of a critique on the location and not so much the food or service, but the bathrooms need a code and the staff didn't know it. There's a whole row of bathrooms but there was only one we were able to use by holding the door open for the next user. Don't really recommend :/

Wilmer was amazing and very fun Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The tuna was incredibly fresh—soft, clean, and cut into generous pieces. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the fish without overpowering it. The rice was well-cooked and fluffy, and the mix of toppings added great texture and color, especially the crunchy elements paired with the creamy sauce. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It was filling without being heavy, and every bite was satisfying. Definitely a go-to choice for a healthy and delicious meal.

First time here and I was so impressed. I ordered the tuna poke bowl and it was divine! Also, it was made so fast! I feel like he finished it in under 5 minutes! I sat at the counter while I enjoyed it and had great conversation with the sushi chef, Wilmer. He was so pleasant and shared info about all the other menu items I should try in the future. Will definitely be back!
