The Twisted Tonic - Rooftop Bar is a hidden gem located discreetly above the Lincoln Eatery or Wynwood Eatery. It is not the easiest place to find, tucked above a food hall, though it is signposted several times. The rooftop bar in Miami is calm, relaxing, and has lovely views across the city, with pretty lights both inside the bar and out over the skyline. There are plenty of comfortable seats, not crowded but ticking over a calm crowd with no gobby hen or stag parties types. The barman was friendly, and the bartenders are excellent and incredibly sweet. Every cocktail was perfect, and the drinks were amazing. The music was great and at a perfect level, not loud at all, so people can chat without raising voices. The view of Miami is beautiful, especially under a clear sky, with great views of Miami Beach, Miami, and the sun setting. Food is available for purchase at the various food pods downstairs. Remember the American tipping culture.
