The food tasted good and the concept is nice but it was terrible execution. There is no indoor dining. We expected to be able to eat there, but that’s fine, we can eat in the car. The wait was atrocious. When we finally received the food, they left out several items. When we went back to retrieve them, it took 10 minutes to find anyone. They use the ghost kitchen concept, but they don’t have anyone at the kiosk or behind the counter to have an order fixed.

This place is one of the worst place to order from on the beach take it from me who been living here for decades,first they take hours to prepare your order,you arrive for pick up screen says five mins end up waiting another 45mins just to get 2 items,next there's this one Spanish guy ,that works there he has no customer service skills, and don't know how to talk to customer,there is this one guy I think is name is Lester he is super help full and attentive.

Really cool spot in the middle of Alton Rd, hidden but if you know where to look you’ll find it. It includes a variety of restaurants, my particular favorite is “Los Vatos”. They make some of the best damn tacos in South Beach!

Literally a waste of time. They closed the doors to the public. You can only order online or in the back on a kiosk in a small foyer. Most of the restaurants on the kiosk don’t work and they are slow. I waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries like what is the hold up? They aren’t even busy. If you wish to have a business model like this at least be quick about it. They have NO SENSE OF URGENCY or respect for your time. Just pick another place to patronize because this one isn’t it at all!

Even though Google says closed, it is open. I've enjoyed everything I've eaten from here. I always do take out from the rear of the location, which you order from online on their website. Can't speak to the cleanliness of the place because I've only eaten inside once when they first opened and it seemed clean.
