I just found out that I’m gluten free and have a high sensitivity to eggs. I was heart broken because that really limits what I can eat. I found Courtney’s Cookies and I’m in LOVE!!!!!! The vanilla lavender is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! These cookies are flavorful, moist and simply delicious!!!! I’m definitely ordering more!!!
Not only are the ice cream sandwiches to die for, but Courtney is amazing and stand-up.

Courtney's Cookies offers a delightful experience with every visit, leaving customers satisfied and planning their next trip back. The team reached out promptly to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell the strawberry ice cream was fresh and special, and the Graham cracker cookies were superb, very unique, homemade style flavor.
