I had a fantastic and incredibly relaxing day at Aquatica Pool & Beach Bar! It's open to the public, which is great, and the atmosphere was enhanced by a really good DJ spinning some chill tunes. We spent the day by the pool, enjoying full-service.
Our bartender, Nicole, was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We also received excellent service from Niko. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot to spend a day by the pool, this is definitely the place.
I ordered a Smash Burger, a chicken salad, and some coconut water. Everything was delicious and hit the spot. There's also convenient paid parking right next door, which makes things easy.
I highly recommend Aquatica for a chill and enjoyable day out!

It is hard to put into so many words, but the Eden Rod has been our vacation destination for 7 years. The hotel is situated mid Miami beach, hotel is clean and the customer service exceptional. The moment that you walk through the front door of the hotel and smell the custom scent of the hotel, you know you are where you need to be! This hotel feels like a luxurious home away from home. I feel comfortable but have the luxurious extras that I do not have at home. We will never go to another hotel in Miami.....this is the hotel of our choice! Thank you for making my family feel special!

Very clean, service was excellent especially with Kelby and Luis.. would definitely come again.. great location.. pools were fun on weekends .. great DJ!! Food was good and drinks were excellent! Complimentary champagne in our room Waiting for arrival..

Clean and staff is very helpful, service is fast and they were always available for out needs, I wish food was available until a later time but other then that everything was great, it was a couple of guys in the front when I arrive but they all very helpful and talkative.

Room was fine. Bathroom was weird layout with shower but good size. Great size deck with a gorgeous view- made the room. Prices are kind of wild to be in the location of hotel but it’s Miami. Paid extra for 2 more people but that doesn’t reflect on resort fee (had to pay extra for chairs) and they should figure that out. If I pay for extra people for the room, I think we should have enough chairs for people paid. Food and drinks were very good. We hit ocean social twice a day. Aquatics staff was also very good! Good and drinks also good ordering for beach/pool

Mathiu was exceptional with helping me with my vehicle he got it super fast and very respectful towards me and everybody else. Apart from the quickness and respect just an amazing person overall thank you for having people like him

I definitely didn’t like having mold in my room.lamp hanging out the wall iron didn’t work not being able to get my money back after I was told I could but because the hotel didn’t have access to cash at the time I checked out I had to find someone to pick my money up.. such a inconvenience!

Absolutely loved the hotel! The lobby is beautiful with a little bar area. Loved the pools as well. We stayed in a king basic room which could use a little upgrading but, other than that everything from the customer service to the amenities were great!

I want to say that this has been one of the most Amazing trips I’ve taken. I am celebrating my birthday and everyone has been wonderful and exceptional! I want to sincerely thank Alberto from the Ocean Social restaurant for being amazing, wonderful and so kind! He has been exceptional from the moment we walked in! Alberto thank you for making my birthday weekend so special! You will never know how much this meant to me! Your service and personality is top notch! The way you celebrated and cared so genuinely that it was my birthday I’ve never experienced from someone that I just met! Always remember me the lady from Brooklyn Ny! I want to also say thank you to Jane, Caesar, Mattia, Julio, and Salvador! You have all made our stay very wonderful!

Mathiu is very friendly and courteous valet parking attendant. He is always providing excellent service to us. He greets us with smile and is ready to fulfill our car requests. Additionally, he is very professional doing his job.

We both needed a beach break and the Eden Roc fit the bill. Nobu Restaurant s fantastic. The room was very comfortable and the beach access was perfect. We asked for and were given a late check-out so we had enough beach time on the day we arrived and the day we left.

I will never stay here again nothing is explained correctly… It’s not family friendly no microwave if u touch the wall to hard they’ll take monwy out of your deposit find somewhere else to stay. Plaas

The Nobu hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Miami Beach, my previous stay at the Nobu was so wonderful, all of the staff at the Nobu are so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Diego Ramirez went above and beyond to ensure my upcoming stay will be so special. He also informed me about a promotion I didn’t know about and applied it to my reservation. He also was so kind to upgrade my room reservation and went out of his way to make sure I have a wonderful time for my birthday. I have never experience customer service as great as the service Diego provided; and I have never received as much thoughtfulness and kindness that Diego showed me. Looking forward to my next stay! The Nobu is the only hotel that I will always come back to because of how special they make you feel, and how beautiful of a hotel it is.
