I wanted to let you know what a horrible experience we had at your resort. We had such a bad experience with the elevators. Having to wait at times 30 minutes to get down from the 36 floor. I had to take the service elevator many many times. We had to try to plan our day around getting up and down from our room. Review of Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Brutal truth: this place is living off its name and photos.

We brought our entire executive team here for a leadership offsite expecting a 5-star experience.

What we got was one of the most disappointing “luxury” hotel stays I’ve had in years.

This is not a 5-star hotel. Not even close.
