If you’re staying at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach their Bleau Bar is excellent. They have a good selection of cocktails (especially the espresso martinis which I loved). The bartenders are excellent and no matter who is preparing your drink it will taste equally as delicious.
It's very loud but has a chic ambience.The prices increased accordingly.The $22 cocktail came in a plastic cup and wasn't mixed! In addition, the taste was rather average.An additional fee was then charged for the service.
What an absolute gem!! The Bleau Bar is the pumping heart of the world renowned Fountaine Bleau Hotel and those bartenders & Management put on quite a show. The drinks were executed in a timely manner and were amazing!! We, however, thought the mojito was a little too sweet for my wife’s liking, but the Manager, Will was extremely attentive, sympathetic and handled the situation like a pro. It’s honestly refreshing to still see solid Management hasn’t totally disappeared...
