Yesterday was my last visit to your establishment. I have been a regular customer for the past six months since moving to the beach, and I live on 10th and Washington. Unfortunately, my experiences with one of your staff members, Elsa, have been consistently unpleasant.
During my most recent visit, I simply asked her to clean the table I was sitting at because it was dirty. She responded with an attitude, and when I mentioned that my fries were cold, she made it difficult for me to get fresh ones. I do not tolerate disrespect, especially over simple and reasonable requests like these.
Because of this repeated behavior, I’ve decided that I will no longer be spending my money at your establishment. I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers don’t have the same experience.

I would’ve gave a 5 star if it wasn’t for the Disrespectful black female fry cook….I am the security officers supervisor for the Clevelander hotel right down the street I came in the restaurant right before my shift ended 11-2-2025 around 1:45 am I ordered chicken fries meal and I asked the polite cashier Ernesto can he please tell the. Cook can I get the chicken fries fresh, so as he went and told the fry station what I said I can hear the disrespectful and unprofessional comments the female fry cook was saying such as she doesn’t care the chicken fries always come fresh, giving Ernesto a brush off energy, also telling Ernesto wen he came back the second time saying to him in exact words “oh you must be scared of these customers “ at the same time still gave me Luke warm old fries I literally was pissed and gave them back and then they gave me fresh chicken fries it was very much I heard the fry cook but I just ignored it…...Ernesto was very polite and definitely cared about customer satisfaction, only reason I’m giving 4 stars, very good manners should be recognized For it…

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and also to place a personal order. From the moment | approached the counter, the employee Tati was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and made the experience very unpleasant. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint, as this behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed appropriately.

It's an efficient restaurant for picking up orders. The wait time is much shorter than at other Miami Beach burger restaurants. José, the manager, allows this Burger King to handle orders quickly and efficiently. For drivers, this is great news, but for customers, even better. Good Job!

I saw people standing outside and I thought is it free food. Nope they were closed for repairs or a redo or ?
Let’s hope they find new managers. The workers seem to really try especially at the front but if you share something was wrong with the order etc. But what really drives us crazy, they never fix the soda machines to be calibrated correctly. Also, cleanliness is an issue. On the sign it doesn’t say how long or when you can come back. Again this reflects on poor management.
