For this being a hotel restaurant we were shocked that the restaurant was out of Decaf coffee on a Sunday Brunch, a juice on their menu at 11:00AM. Manager did approach the table and apologized which was nice and offered us a discount but still... kitchen needs to figure out basic things

We had a great time. The place has a nice atmosphere and the food was good. A bit pricey for what it is, and unfortunately, the service from our server wasn't great. Still, it was a nice overall experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Lido. The servers and hostess was very attentive and kind. The views and ambiance were really amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful get away spot, you should really give Lido a try. It was amazing.

Hostess gave us aditude when ask to sit at a better table, tried to sit 2 grown men at a tiny round table we couldn't fit our legs under. The waiter wasn't much better with the aditude

Lido's wasn't what I expected. The ambience was nice although it was not where i had requested. The food was good for the most part but I believe some food items were not worth the price. The service me and my partner experienced was not enjoyable. Although I do not expect my servers to be Exited and preppy, ours was less than amused. We had to wait long periods of time before he ever came by and when he did it was because we profusely waved for his attention. We asked 3 times to check for a menu item (we are certain he forgot to ask each time). But overall I actually did like the food and the area surrounding it is also very nice for pictures.

The food and the ambiance is always amazing. The view of the water, the open air environment and the fact they have Excellent working Fans you'll be pretty comfortable. The Drinks are well crafted and the food is always excellent. My Only issue, and has Zero to do with the Restaurant, is the Valet. Pricing starts at $45 which is Absurd. Other than that this place is Perfect.

Excellent food and menu options (not too short, not too long). Above the average service. Our server (Andres) was courteous. Manager stopped by to check on us. Now, the ugly part: the VALET SERVICE price was ***INDECENT***. It CANNOT cost $50 (including the "convenience" fee).
Everything was good. Nothing was fantastic. It was fun getting fresh coconut water at the table. If u r not staying at the hotel note that you have to pay $45 for valet parking
