Idea is good, but the place is a too noisy :(. I wish people were using private booths only for calls/video calls, not stay inside forever... So maybe either adding more private spaces or regulating the time of booth usage would make it a great place. My colleagues in my video call were complaining about the noise. Staff is great tho!

This is the WORST bank ever!Banks are made for convenience! And this is ZERO convenient!!No branches ! Payments take forever to take the funds and checks take forever to clear !!!I would give negative starts if I could !

If you are a member of Capitol One, it pays to come by here every once in a while. 50% of drinks with coffee that's just as good as that other place. Plus they are always doing something. This last time we were here they were holding some kind of pep rally for the Orange Bowl game. Good times

My wife and I had difficulty creating savings and checking accounts online, so we visited the Capital One Cafe in Miami Beach. Jose was extremely helpful working with online service to address the multiple ID verifications required to create our joint accounts. Jose was patient and polite through the 2-hour process. He even recommended a few local restaurants since we are new to the area. Thank you, Jose!
