My wife and I had difficulty creating savings and checking accounts online, so we visited the Capital One Cafe in Miami Beach. Jose was extremely helpful working with online service to address the multiple ID verifications required to create our joint accounts. Jose was patient and polite through the 2-hour process. If you are a member of Capitol One, it pays to come by here every once in a while. 50% of drinks with coffee that's just as good as that other place. Plus they are always doing something. This last time we were here they were holding some kind of pep rally for the Orange Bowl game. Good times
