NO COFFEE. Location is great & it's nice enough inside (seating could be cozier if i'm nitpicking) but they do NOT have coffee at this location & advised me they have no clue when it will return.
My wife and I had difficulty creating savings and checking accounts online, so we visited the Capital One Cafe in Miami Beach. Jose was extremely helpful working with online service to address the multiple ID verifications required to create our joint accounts. Jose was patient and polite through the 2-hour process. He even recommended a few local restaurants since we are new to the area. Thank you, Jose!
