My sister and I dined at Carbone on the 4th of July, and even though we were late for our reservation, the team still graciously accommodated us,which we truly appreciated. From the hostess to the bartender and servers, everyone was amazing. The level of attentiveness and care was top-tier and made the entire fine dining experience memorable. Good food and service, ambience is a 10/10 but this place is way overpriced for what it is. The lobster pasta is way over rated and expensive. You have to go once. But I won’t be back. You’ll be eating corn flakes for a month after paying the bill here.
Flew in from London and this was on our high list of important restaurants to visit. It didn’t disappoint. The food was lovely, staff were vibrate, fun, super friendly and warm. Daniel and Ray our waiters were fabulous. They told us they are opening Carbone in London this September, so we will be sure to visit!! Thank you for a lovely evening.
