Beautiful restaurant with lovely decor, but the music was a bit too loud for conversation. The food was incredible—everything was fresh and flavorful. Since we had a large group, we got to try a variety of dishes, and the menu is perfect for sharing. The branzino was delightful, the jumbo shrimp were tasty but a bit small, and the caprese salad was fresh and light. Our visit to Carbone definitely lived up to the hype, we were in town from Montreal, Canada, for a conference, and were so excited that there was a Miami location.

Everyone was so welcoming and kind the second we stepped through the door. The exceptional service started immediately, Lina was a delight, and Luigi was absolutely incredible , his suggestions were on point, truly some of the best service I have received on my many travels.
