At first glance, everything looks absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, once you start tasting, it’s by far the worst pastry I’ve had in a long time.
We tried the pistachio–apricot and the dark chocolate cake. Every layer was extremely dense, with no softness or lightness at all. The only positive point is that it’s not overly sweet but that’s about it.
It’s honestly time to bring in a real French pastry chef, because apart from the name, there’s nothing here that reflects high-end French pâtisserie.
I truly miss Bachour at Time Out Market he’s simply the best. You should seriously consider bringing him in to rethink your menu.
Paying $33 for two cakes that weren’t even enjoyable was extremely disappointing.
Hands down best dessert place in Miami!
Chez Bon Bon Cafe was a huge disappointment. The ice cream tasted like flavored water — absolutely no real flavor at all. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high for what you get, and the portions are shockingly small (even something as basic as a side of oat milk feels stingy).
The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which only made the experience worse. Overall, this is genuinely the worst café I’ve ever been to. Completely overpriced, poor quality, and terrible service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Expensive, but the coffee is good. I would only go here if I was staying at the Fountaine Blue but I definitely wouldnt recommend staying at the Fountaine Blue
The key lime pie was good. Unfortunately they mixed up my order and gave me someone else's coffee which wasn't good. I had unfortunately already left but the time i realised.
Coffee was average, but the mousse dessert and croissant were delicious. The automatic 10% service charge for a takeaway order was surprising.
During my stay at the FountainBleau I indulged and splurged on ChezBonBon every single day! I had every pastry in the box and the best was the Crème Brûlée & Pecan Tart. The rest are only eye pleasing but taste is lacking. The pistachio roll I had was also very overpriced and the filling was nonexistent. Could be better with more filling but I wouldn't know. Almond croissant was very hard. Not the best I've had. The salad the Greek especially was yummy and refreshing but for $22 wasn't worth it. Make sure you check your receipt as I was rung up one time for an amount that was higher and I paid it then later on found out I was overcharged. They fixed it but still, keep an eye out. I would definitely stop by again here when I'm in Miami and don't want to go far for food. But if you're not staying in the hotel I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
I'm glad I tried the crème brûlée and tart. Thanks ChezBonBon.
SUCH a pretentious and overpriced cafe. Food is comparable to a step up from starbucks. Who cares who you see there? Celebrities or not, the place is nothing to rave about. The quality is meh at best, and service (attention to details) is underwhelming regardless of rush hour or not. Overpriced for the sake of being overpriced.
Came here for breakfast before my boyfriend and I got our day started. He ordered a Caesar salad and I ordered the Spinach Quiche. Waited at least 15 minutes for my simple order then when I got it, it was not very hot. I asked the lady calling names for orders to heat it up a little more for me when she then just snatched it and threw it on the counter by the oven and went back to calling names. After waiting for about 10 minutes I asked the cashier if there can be a rush on my order since I already waited when she then said ‘if you ate it then need it heated up more then you’re gunna have to wait’. I never took a bite out of the quiche first of all. And two… why are the workers here so miserable. $18 for a salad and $10 for a quiche…. I asked for my money back which she had no problem doing, actually kinda disrespectful how she didn’t apologize and was sarcastically happy to refund me. and i’m happy I did because I don’t need to eat food surrounded by negative energy. Get it together Chez Bon Bon!!!!
Fancy looking cafe in Fontainebleau was conveniently in lobby. Line was super long, but they did have a large variety of beverages, desserts, gelato, and food. Also took a while to get our items as they came scattered. Great coffee and my favorite food item was the chicken parm sandwich.

Delicious pastries, highly recommend
Great treats! Everything here is not cheap, but that is par for the course for any establishment in the Fontainebleau. The cookie monster gelato hit the spot, and the cheese guava pastry was good. This spot can get very busy but is still worth a visit.
It’s a nice bar and restaurant inside the resort. Highly professional service and food is good. It’s fairly pricey, but sort of goes with the resort as it’s a really nice place.
A very delightful, ambient and upscale café within Fontainebleau hotel it is located right near the lobby area. It’s open from morning 7 AM to 10 PM every day their coffees are amazing. The showstopper is the rotating ice cream machine that they have. I highly recommend anybody who is interested in trying some new Flavas to visit this place I am a coffee fan and love to come here almost 3-4 times a day.
Staff is nice quick and very helpful. They also have some light snacks and bakery items which you can munch on throughout the day.
I give this a five star for service food, ambience, and overall quality. Keep it up. 👍
Coffee is good. I will never order a cake from here again though. I bought a 56$ carrot cake and it was mostly frosting. I wish I took a picture of it. It literally had 3 very thin layers of cake and huge layers of frosting in between. Definitely should have been opposite. I was extremely disappointed especially since it was so expensive.
